I recently installed Ubuntu 6.10 on my laptop as a dual boot option. So now I can either boot into Windows or Linux 
I am very excited about having Ubuntu on my laptop because this is the computer that I lug around all over the place.
Having Linux on my laptop means that I can access my server (running openSUSE) from anywhere a lot easier. Don’t get me wrong, I could always get into Linux via the shell (command line interface), but now I can get into it like using Windows Explorer (a graphical mode) or using remote desktop.
now comes the fun part — the configuration.
